Studying in the Architectural Department during my bachelor's and master’s has been an enriching experience for me. The different facilities in the department offer a platform that enhanced my technical and social skills. Moreover, the knowledge of the professors and their experience has shaped me into the individual I am today. As a Project Manager of Heritage and Arts Projects in the UAE’s Ministry of Culture and Youth, I was able to implement what I acquired during my studies like undergoing high-quality research and working under pressure, moreover, time management and creativity are the essence of my job today.

Finishing my Master’s degree in Conservation Management of Cultural Heritage from the University of Sharjah has been a rewarding experience. The program’s multi-disciplinary structure helped cater to students from across the MENA region and gave the opportunity to interact and learn from student’s and professors’ different backgrounds. The collaboration in projects greatly contributed to my teamwork, time management and leadership skills which have been continuously encouraged and supported throughout this program. I will always be grateful to have been a part of this program in UOS for providing me a platform to enhance my knowledge and prepare me for more advance ventures in my career.

After Receiving my education from UOS AE department, I had a comprehensive understanding of the Architectural theories and practices that paved my way into the professional world. While working after graduating, I appreciated the way the AE department taught us how to relate between Architecture and other engineering disciplines. And this knowledge was reflected on my work.
