ORAL SURGERY SPECIALITY CLINIC

The Oral Surgery Speciality Clinic provides treatments beyond the level of the students, including:
  • Surgical removal of impacted/ erupted teeth
  • Surgical removal of pathologic lesions
  • Dental implants
  • Laser esthetic treatment
  • Management of Temporomandibular joint disorders
  • Management of advanced odontogenic infections.
These are performed by a Specialist in Oral Surgery and observed and assisted by students.
Patients are admitted only after receiving initial dental screening and treatment by year 4, year 5 students, or the interns. Referrals from outside the Hospital can be accepted but you need to register in person at the Hospital and receive dental screening at the Urgent Care Clinic.
