As a computer science and engineering teacher with more than 16 years of experience, I believe that motivating the students to love the subject is the key point in teaching them the subject. Students love the subject between their hands if they see that it is valuable and useful for their future career and this is exactly what I try to clarify in my classes. Besides, in the computer field, the best way to teach a subject is to create the hands on opportunity for the students and provide the students with many options to achieve the learning outcomes of the course because different students come with different skills and capacities.
