- Participants must be full-time students enrolled for the current academic year at any university in the UAE. Both undergraduate and graduate students are eligible.
- A participant can be part of only one team.
- Team members should be five maximum. Individual participation is allowed.
- The video must be participants' ownership, and they bear full responsibility and accountability in case of proving otherwise.
- The submitted video should never have won any previous competition.
The CoBA and Bee'ah have the right to publish and circulate the submitted videos for promotional purposes.
