Knowing that people are by their nature very inquisitive, I believe that the purpose of teaching is to encourage seeking answers for vital questions relevant to the subject matter as this is the way we advance as humans in general. Based on this philosophy, I seek to facilitate this advancement of knowledge and hence my preferred method of teaching is to foster learners to ask questions and creatively come up with reasoned answers through reasoned thought. Regardless of the venue, my goals is to encourage thinking in rational ways, so that this can be applied in other unfamiliar situations. As the student in this course, you have full responsibility for your learning.
