Dr. Saeed has 30 years of diversified and challenging experience in management, business development, operations management, management by objective and dealing with resistance to change. In addition to International liaison, committee work, dealing with foreign organizations and associations and implementing new business models. Dr. Saeed participated in initiating the leadership and the quality excellence programs in Sharjah Government as well as advising and managing various models in leadership development programs.
