Doctoral thesis in Criminology and Criminal Justice entitled “Using Artificial Intelligence to Analyze Crimes and their Patterns and Predict Their Occurrence in the Emirate of Dubai”

The University of Sharjah discussed a doctoral thesis in criminology and criminal justice entitled The Use of Artificial Intelligence in Analyzing Crimes and Their Patterns and Predicting Their Occurrence in the Emirate of Dubai, and it was presented by Emirati researcher Sheikha Khamis Al Abdouli, from the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences in the Department of Sociology, which was presented in partnership with the College of Computing and Informatics at the University of Sharjah. Under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Falah Al-Amoush, and co-supervisors Dr. Qasim Nasser and Dr. Ali Bu Nassif, from the College of Computing and Informatics, the discussion committee was formed by Dr. Hussein Al-Othman, as chair, Dr. Faker Al-Gharaibeh, from the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences as internal discussant, and the Dean, Dr. Muhammad Khamis Al-Othman. Director General of the Sharjah Academy of Police Sciences, as an external discussant.
