I believe that university professor should enjoy and love the teaching profession in order to be positive in presenting and delivering knowledge to students in an enjoyable and easy way. To make the knowledge well established in the student’s mind, professor must diversify the use of innovative teaching strategies such as the brainstorming strategy, modeling learning strategy, learning by doing strategy, teamwork strategy, discussion and problem solving strategy. In addition, modern technologies should be used in education, such as the use of electronic devices (computers and tablets), as well as the use of educational platforms, various websites and multimedia data (audio, photos and videos). The different levels of students should be taken into account. Professors should try to help the students with low educational attainment and give them more special attention than the rest of students. The participation of students in the lectures should also be enhanced to develop their personalities and enhance their spirit of leadership and participation.
