The university stage is considered the stage that prepare the individual for the life span, therefore the goal of teaching process not stuffing the mind of students with information but rather focus on those aspects that will prepare them behaviorally and academically in order to be equipped with necessary means that allow them to be independent and self-reliance to face the requirements of life. The students is the main focus of educational process and therefore the concentration should be on developing their thinking, hence the focus on the programs that will promote critical thinking and increase their knowledge of problem solving techniques and using scientific research steps to address all issues is very important. In addition to that the focus should be on students who face academic and behavioral problems so we can give them the appropriate guidance by helping them to learn good study habits and also the best way to deal with different subjects. Also the concentration can be on collaborative learning process which will lead the students to perform better especially low achiever. The availability of classroom climate and environment which concentrate on the interaction between students and instructors and among students themselves are very important and should be taken into consideration on teaching process, because this will lead to positive attitude toward instructor and classroom in general, and also will effect positively in way or another on students’ performance.
