My philosophy of teaching and education can be summarized by considering four main themes: Communication, Understanding, Trust, and Respect. Working through this golden role that I built during my academic career was the way to stimulating student interest, encouraging learning for both the student and the instructor, striving to achieve optimum outcomes for the patient, and creating a classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
