The College of Pharmacy is committed to offering quality education to undergraduate and graduate students who, upon completion of our programs, can meet the public's need for safe and effective pharmaceutical care. Our students and faculty generate and disseminate knowledge contributing to the education and continual professional growth of pharmacists, educators, scientists, and other healthcare professionals. Quality extensive instruction, outstanding out of basic and applied research, and distinguished community and professional service in all types of pharmacy practice settings are what makes studying any of the College of Pharmacy programs a rewarding and satisfying experience. Along with the college, the colleges of Medicine, Dentistry, and Health Sciences and the Sharjah Teaching Hospital conduct parts of their programs at the Medical and Health Sciences Colleges Complex, thereby enhancing the potential for interdisciplinary learning, collaborative practice, and research. Both education and research are also strengthened by the Clinical Training Center (CTC), Sharjah Surgical Institute (SSI) and the Sharjah Research Institute situated within the same complex.

The college is engaged in affiliation agreements with hospitals and community pharmacies in the Sharjah Health District as well as with many other health and pharmaceutical facilities throughout the UAE. These educational partners provide us with a variety of outstanding pharmacy practice sites and experienced practitioners who serve as adjunct faculty in the college.
