Teaching is my passion. Throughout my academic journey, I have engaged with various teaching methodologies including traditional subject-based, integrated problem-based, team-based, and block-based approaches in medicine. I have played a significant role in course design, management, coordination, and delivery, as well as assessments. I strongly advocate for outcome-based adult education principles. My teaching evaluations by students have consistently been excellent, and I use feedback to enhance my skills and strengths. To stay updated, I regularly engage in continuous professional development, obtaining various certificates in medical education and completing a diploma in health profession education. I also contribute regularly to research publications in both my field of expertise and medical education. Adapting to the evolving landscape of academic medicine, I keep myself well-versed in online, hybrid, flipped classroom, and the use of social networking sites and AI.
