Dr. Hossameldin Maged
Dr. Hossameldin Maged completed his Bachelors in Medicine & Surgery and Masters in Paediatrics from Ain Shams University followed by MD in Paediatrics from Cairo University, Egypt. Dr. Hossameldin has vast experience of 17 years in the field of Paediatrics in Europe and Middle East. He has worked as a consultant, paediatrician in several prominent hospitals in Saudi Arabia, Egypt and UAE.Dr. Hossameldin has several publications to his name and has attended various conferences as a speaker, the latest being, “The role of probiotics in Gastroenteritis”. Dr. Hossameldin is a member of several international societies namely, American Academy of Paediatrics, Egyptian society of Haematology, Egyptian Society of Paediatrics and Dubai Thalassaemia society. 

Dr. Maya Mouzonnar
Dr. Maya Mouzannar completed her Doctorate in Medical Sciences and received her Diploma of Paediatrics Speciality from Saint Joseph University Faculty of Medicine, Beirut, Lebanon after finishing a 4 years Paediatrics Residency training in several main hospitals in Beirut. She also underwent training in Neonatology and Paediatric emergency in France. Dr. Mouzannar’s work experience spans for 7 years in training and working in the care of neonates, children and adolescents in several outpatient clinics and hospitals mainly Hotel Dieu de France, Clemenceau Medical Center and Bahman Hospital in Lebanon and in Melun Hospital, France. She covered hospital duties and admitted patients to the paediatric department, neonatal intensive care unit and worked as the Emergency Department paediatrician. She was also a Consultant Paediatrician for Doctors Without Borders (Belgium), working in their Beirut southern suburb Refugee Camps Project, outpatient clinic (postnatal care). Dr. Mouzannar’s areas of expertise are general paediatrics and adolescent medicine with focus on growth and development monitoring, immunisations, asthma, eczema, and other allergic disease, infectious disease, and paediatric nutrition and gastrointestinal disorders. Dr. Mouzannar attended several international courses including PALS (Paediatrics Advanced Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and IPNA courses (Paediatric Nephrology). Dr. Maya Mouzannar is a member of the Lebanese order of physicians and the Lebanese paediatric society.
Dr. Mouzannar has many publications and has attended several conferences including the American Academy of Pediatrics Congress in USA in 2014, 2015 and recently in 2018. Dr. Mouzannar has attended many conferences, the most recent being the Electrolytes Disturbances and Dehydration as part of Paediatric Emergencies course at Faculty of Medicine Diploma on Paediatric Emergencies, Saint Joseph University (Beirut, Lebanon).

Dr. Nisha Soares
Dr. Soares graduated MBBS in 1995 from the King Edward Memorial Hospital in Mumbai, with distinction and honors in medicine where she received the Charles Moorhead Award. She chose to specialize in Paediatrics at the Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital for children in Mumbai where she completed her DCH with a gold medal, and then her MD in 1997. Dr. Soares worked in private practice in Mumbai and then proceeded to the UK to pursue her interest in paediatrics and neonatology. She passed her MRCPCH (London) in 2000 and has had rotations in both paediatrics and neonatology in Surrey, as well as in the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, and the Wexham Park Hospital. Dr. Soares joined Al Zahra Hospital Sharjah in 2002 where she is highly involved in the Neonatal ICU, running a busy outpatient clinic. She is also involved in the educational activities of the Paediatric Department including the breast-feeding initiative.

Dr. Sanjiv Kumar Kakkar

Dr. Mohammad Aldisi 
Dr. Mohammad Aldisi graduated from Medical University Sofia, Bulgaria, and completed a 4 years pediatric and neonatology training in Albasheer General Teaching Hospital (1991). He received the Jordan Board in Paediatrics in 1992, and the MRCPCH from Glasgow, UK (2000) after 6 months of clinical attachment and intensive training in Yorkhill Hospital, Glasgow.

Dr. Aldisi worked as a Paediatric and Neonatology Specialist in Albasheer Hospital Amman, Jordan (1992-1996), and a Paediatric and Neonatology Consultant and Head of Paediatric Department at the Medical Center in Tripoli, Libya (1997- 2011), where he established a modern level III NICU. Dr. Aldisi worked at Sheikh Khalifa Maternity & Paediatric Hospital in Ajman, UAE as Paediatric and Neonatology Consultant and Medical Director, and was an Adjunct Clinical Associated Professor in Golf Medical College where he contributed to the establishing, equipping, staffing of a new NICU. He trained many junior doctors who are now very competent neonatologists, and actively participated in the training of the medical and pharmacy students from GMC and Ajman University Pharmacy College. In addition, he led the hospital to be the first MOH hospital to get the JCI accreditation.
