In collaboration with the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, Prof. Maha Saber implemented a ‘Change
Projects’ diversity program through working with ten Johnson & Johnson organization employees. The aim of
the project sets to deliver progress and further the potential of female leaders in the workplace.
