Teaching was considered one of the most important and supervised professions. It aims to create a good generation capable of carrying out its tasks to the fullest and a good generation. To achieve this vision, I put before me some of the most important principles: 1- Communicating with my students, listening to their problems and answering their questions in office hours. 2 - Keeping pace with scientific and technical development and attending courses and conferences to get acquainted with the international developments to present them to my students and open the door for discussion
