The base of teaching is an interactive relationship between the teacher and his students, and the educational process does not take place without this interaction. Just as each human action has a goal, teaching has its main objectives, namely the learning outcomes that each course aims to achieve. However, this main objective is only a small part of the philosophy of contemporary teaching. Perhaps the most important focus of my mission is the teaching philosophy I am adopting:
Creating an academic atmosphere that motivates students to create, express and defend ideas, discuss and share opinions with critical thought, and develop their skills in speaking in front of audience.
Encouraging students to cooperate, dialogue, teamwork, develop leadership skills and take responsibility.
Preparing students to work in the labour market by adopting a practical education approach, solving problems, urging students to participate in the learning process, contributing to solving the problems and providing them with decision-making skills.
The use of available educational means and modern techniques in the education process that allows continuous communication with students and makes the educational process more enjoyable and useful.
Adopting the continuous feedback method of students to verify the extent to which the teaching and learning process meets its specific objectives.
Preparing students for continuous learning and providing them with the skills, by enhancing the student's ability to search, analyze and apply information using the tools.
