The teaching philosophy based on promoting the idea of teaching and learning, by giving the opportunity to the students to participate in the classroom to express their opinions. The method of indoctrination in teaching is no longer correct but must follow by the method of learning. This will create new feeling for the student to move to a new stage in his life, which is different from the school stage.
This can achieve by following a flipped classroom policy, which provides the greatest opportunity for students to participate in the classroom and promotes self-confidence. The teaching of law courses is very similar to practical reality. It deals with real issues of interest to the student, which leads to attracting attention in the classroom and makes him eager to know the legal information. In order to achieve this, I follow the method of mock trial in the classroom by representing realistic issues, in addition to PowerPoint presentation.
In addition, the philosophy in teaching depends on participation in the student's academic advising and awareness of the courses he/she must pass in order to complete his/her study without any problems. This is achieved through the student's satisfaction in dealing with the professor, which leads to success. The educational process depends on the presence of relationship between the professor and the student, which allows him/her to overcome all the difficulties, while retaining certain limits to maintain the teaching process.
The teaching required the strengthen on the student's feeling of the importance of the information obtained in the classroom. This requires work from the professor by clarifying how the information contributes to the student's success in his/ her career. It is one of the professor’s job to clarify and convince the student of the importance of the science he/she study, in order to have a desire for acquiring practical achievement.
Finally, yet importantly, the teaching process contains of several axes, so that the professor must combine them, and the neglect of any axis leads to a defect in the teaching process affects the quality required.
