The Impact of the Discretionary Powers of the Criminal Judge on Achieving Prompt Justice
Under the patronage of His Excellency Prof. Hamid Al-Nuaimi, Director of the University of Sharjah, the College of Law/University of Sharjah, in cooperation with Abdullah Haji Law Firm and Legal Consultations, at 10:00 am, United Arab Emirates time, via the virtual platform Microsoft Trams, entitled "The Impact of Discretionary Powers." For the criminal judge to achieve prompt justice", which was delivered by His Excellency Lawyer Abdullah Hajji, and in the presence of members of the academic staff and students of the undergraduate and graduate program at the University of Sharjah.
The seminar was inaugurated by His Excellency Prof. Imad Abdel Hai, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Sharjah, where he thanked Professor Abdullah Al-Hajji, owner of Abdullah Al-Haji Law Firm and Legal Consultations, for accepting this invitation. The College of Law at the University of Sharjah and Abdullah Al-Hajji Law Firm and Legal Consultation, under which both parties cooperate in training the students of the College of Law and increase practical experience to implement legal rules in a practical and tangible manner, as well as serving the community through the establishment of scientific events that can come up with a number of recommendations Which contributes to the development of laws, and thanks to the attendance of the faculty members from inside and outside the college and the students.
