The college of law organized on Sunday, 28-4-2019 at 16:00 P.M. a Workshop titled: Air and Space Law: Future Challenges. Dr. Eman Naboush was the first speaker in the first sessions and presented a paper titled: "The story of Boeing 737 MAX; corporate greed and serious misconduct". Dr. Mahmoud fayyad presented the second paper titled" The enforcement of European measures of competition law in Arab air transport companies, while the students Suhaila Mana and Marwa Alameeri presented the las one titled: The prohibition of state aids in civil aviation sector in European law.
The second session dealt with the subject of space law and speakers were as follow: DR. Philip Benjamin D. DE Man presented a paper titled 'Remote sensing from space and national security concerns', Dr. Mohamad Amara presented a paper titled Regulating Space Activities –The Need for Space National Law, Dr. Faysal Benhalilou presented a paper titled The exploitation of outer space: perspectives and legal challenges, and finally Dr. Shadi Adnan Alshdaifat presented a paper titled Rethinking the Question: Who Owns What in Outer Space? Perhaps the Common Heritage of Mankind
