Dr. Essam Nasr has contributed to the development of work environments through his work at Cairo University's Faculty of Mass Communication, where he oversaw studio development and professional media production and training, as well as through his deanship at the University of Sharjah's College of Fine Arts and Design and College of Communication. He has numerous accomplishments at the College of Communication's academic accreditation level, including developing study plans and supervising the video production of many Documentary films. Additionally, he was engaged in and directed a various of national media campaigns in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, as well as the preparation of strategic plans for a lot of Egyptian ministries.
Member of the Board of Directors "Media Alumni Association, Egypt." Membership of "The Arab-U.S. Association for Communication Educators AUSACE." Member of the Academic Accreditation Committee for Media Programs and Departments in the Quality Authority for Academic Accreditation, Ministry of Higher Education, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2011. Member of the Committee to review and audit the works participating in the Arab Press Award at the Dubai Press Club, January 21-22, 2009. Member of the committee to review the Arab media report issued by the Dubai Press Club, Dubai Media Forum 2016, the Arab Media Forum.
