1. I worked to strengthen the connection of the COBA with the industry through several visits to CEOs and chairmen in the government. 2. Facilitated the approval from Sharjah economic development to the college to issue trade licenses – for the incubators. 3. Represented the college in the innovation week, conducted several workshops. 4. Chaired the committee for the second international innovation and entrepreneurship forum. I facilitated the annual prize from SCCI to our students for the annual forum. 5. Represented the university in the cohort 2 program of the UAE Stanford innovation and entrepreneurship project and 6. Founded the Sharjah Chamber Award for Innovators. 7. Represented CoBA in Sharjah HR conference.
Teaching Philosophy
I adopt learning by doing practices where the students learn by practice and interact with each other and exchange experiences with respect to each other’s point of views. I also believe in introducing new tools and techniques in teaching like learning games the main goal is to equip the students with skills as long as information believing that the knowledge based economy needs human resources that are equipped with critical thinking skills, innovation, creativity and leadership.
