I have established the first High-Performance Cloud Computing (HPCC) Lab at University of Sharjah that supports the HPC with the edge technology namely the Cloud Computing. This lab supports the research in the field as well as the foundation for several undergraduate and postgraduate courses. I have prepared full curricula for the lab experiments. The lab will put the University of Sharjah at front for the Cloud computing research in UAE.

I feel that the concept of learning should be focused around four main areas. Independent thought is essential to the development of each student. Being able to form unique independent ideas to solve problems will serve them both inside and outside of the classroom. Students react positively when they are treated as mature, capable individuals. They are capable and willing to make their own decisions. Each student is a unique individual with unique talents and experiences. It is my job to help them sort out and enhance their unique qualities. Group interaction is also an important part of learning. A person will learn more if they feel they are an important and active part of the process. Being able to share ideas, validate them with those of others, and teamwork are important processes in social and mental development. The teacher should also be prepared to lead students in the direction they should go to reach correct conclusions and answers, without always providing the answers themselves. It is my role to encourage and to stimulate as well as to provide new information. Learning in my classes is a partnership between me and the student. My behavior will strongly influence mood, receptivity and motivation of the learner. Finally, stressing the use of learned ideas and processes in new situations is essential. By using information, students should be able to apply what they have learned to new life or learning situations. Transfer of this sort is what really determines what has been learned.
