- Copy of a valid passport.
- Copy of the family book.
- Copy of the UAE identity card.
- Unconditional admission offer specifying the start date, end date, and total cost of courses.
- Completed Transfer Credit Form including (click here for the form)
- Duration of study and desired semester.
- Details of courses and credit hours to be studied abroad.
- Copy of the course syllabus for the courses abroad.
- “No Objection” letter from the sponsor (if applicable), including benefits provided during study in the UAE.
- Official updated academic transcript (via e-service portal).
- Parent/guardian consent (for undergraduate students only).
- Certificate from the applicant’s UAE bank stating account and IBAN number (to be submitted after final approval).
Program Selection Process
- Limited spots are available annually.
- Meeting eligibility requirements does not guarantee selection.
- Applications must be submitted before the announced deadline; late applications will not be considered.
- Applicants may submit only one application per admission cycle.
