The University of Sharjah (UoS) Journal of Law Sciences (JLS) is a double blind peer-reviewed and refereed journal published by the University of Sharjah. The main objective of the UoS JLS is to promote interdisciplinary studies in Law sciences, to provide an intellectual platform for international scholars and to become a leading journal in Law sciences in the Gulf region and in the world. The UoS JLS is published twice a year in both print and online version. It accepts papers written in Arabic, English and French languages. The journal publishes original and high-quality articles in the fields of Law. The UoS JLS is entirely committed to the open access initiative and provides easy access to all its articles immediately after they are published.
