New Students' Fees Payment

  1. After you receive the acceptance letter, please go to the MyUDC Banner system, Click Here.
  2. Choose: Student – Student account – Account summary – Credit card payment.
  3. Pay the amount of AED 10,000 (AED Ten Thousand) for seat reservation which will be calculated as payment of tuition fees (from this amount, AED 5,000 is non-refundable in case of withdrawal from university or not registering courses).
  4. After payment of AED 10,000 (AED Ten Thousand), you can register your courses through E-Services (return to the registration link).
  5. Tuition fees must be settled in full before 09-09-2021 to avoid the late payment fine.
  6. After 09-09-2021, AED 500 (AED Five Hundred) will be charged as a late payment fine.
  7. Payment can be made through one of the following methods:
  • Online payment (user guide is attached) User Guide
  • Deposit in any of the Cash Deposit Machines or Branches of Sharjah Islamic Bank
  • Bank transfer to:

The student's name and University ID number must be mentioned on the Deposit /Transfer instruction.
