New Students' Fees Payment

NEW STUDENTS' FEES PAYMENT

  1. After you receive the acceptance letter, please go to the My UDC Banner system using the username (U2220XXXX@sharjah.ac.ae) and password sent via email. Click Here.
  2. Choose: Student – Student account – Account summary – Credit card payment.
  3. Non Sharjah Citizen & Others they have to pay the amount of:
    - PhD students AED 12,000 (Twelve Thousand) for seat reservation which will be calculated as payment of tuition fees (from this amount, AED 5,000 is non-refundable in case of withdrawal from university / Admission cancellation.
    - Master Students AED 10,000 ( Ten Thousand) for seat reservation which will be calculated as payment of tuition fees (from this amount, AED 5,000 is non-refundable in case of withdrawal from university / Admission cancellation.
  4. After you have paid the amounts mentioned above , you can register your courses through E-Services (return to the registration link).
  5. Master & Ph.D.   – students who are applying for a scholarship (Sharjah citizen) whose application gets rejected, will be asked to pay the non-refundable of AED 5,000 if they did not withdraw within 5 working days.
  6. Tuition fees must be settled in full before 19-Jan-2023 to avoid the late payment fine.
  7. After 19-Jan-2023, AED 500 (AED Five Hundred) will be charged as a late payment fine.
  8. For registered students, after 26-Jan-2023 no tuition fees are refunded to the student's account, the student will be required to pay the full semester tuition fees  even in the following cases:
    - Withdrawal from university
    - Withdrawal from semester 
    - Drop courses
  9. Payment can be made through one of the following methods:
    • Online payment (user guide is attached) User Guide
    • Deposit in any of the Cash Deposit Machines or Branches of Sharjah Islamic Bank
    • Bank transfer to:

The student's name and University ID number must be mentioned on the Deposit /Transfer instruction.
