Dr. Abdulsalam Soofi is a US Fulbright Scholar from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Dr. Soofi was awarded a Fulbright Flex Award to the United Arab Emirates at Sharjah University to conduct research/teaching on the role of disrupted iron metabolism in acute kidney injury, in collaboration with Dr. Mawieh Hamad form the department of Medical Laboratory Sciences at the Research Institute of Medical & Health Science, College of Health Sciences.
