AUTONOMOUS ROBOTICS AND ACTIVE VISION RESEARCH GROUP
Abstract:
Mobile Robots are becoming an integral part of our lives. They are used in industry, healthcare, and almost everywhere. Research on mobile robots is aimed at creating fully autonomous systems that do not require human intervention and can perform complex tasks safely and efficiently. But how can automation be accomplished? And what are the components and issues we need to address to create autonomous mobile robots? These questions are answered in this seminar, where also some of the very interesting progress in mobile robots automation is discussed.
