Goals and Objectives

  • To undertake research covering various aspects of innovation and entrepreneurship related to different business areas such as marketing, human resources, operation management, strategy, and leadership within private and public sectors. 
  • To disseminate the findings of the research to the policy makers, academia, and practitioners in private and public business organizations and community at large.  
  • To better inform our teaching practices in various business areas such as marketing, human resources, operation management, strategy, and leadership and linking the research outcomes with course delivery and pedagogy.
