Curriculum Delivery in Medical Education During an Emergency: A Guide Based on The Responses to the COVID-19 Pandemic

16/04/2020 Mohamed Hassan Taha, visiting Assistant Professor of Medical Education at the College of Medicine and Medical Education Centre, and Mohamed Elhassan Abdalla, Assistant Professor of Medical Education at the College of Medicine and Medical Education Centre, conducted a study on Curriculum Delivery in Medical Education during an Emergency: A guide based on the responses to the COVID-19 pandemic. The study discussed the challenges of the sudden transition from on-campus learning to distance learning approaches for both faculty and students and the great deal of preparation required over a short period of time. The study also provided a practical guide for this change with three scenarios for both developed and developing countries.
