The workshop will provide an overview of best practices in strategic planning incorporating current methodologies and tools for communicating plans and achieving continual results, assessing and engaging the University community, establishing priorities, and managing risk. We hope that the interactive workshop would generate discussions on the essential elements of the strategic planning process. Through the program, the participants would develop and sharpen their knowledge, and skills to prepare, implement and evaluate their strategic plans in the future.
This exercise provides an exciting and critically important opportunity for the University community to set the direction of the future of the University of Sharjah. The success of our strategic planning depends on all engaged, and I urge you to join in the process. The program of the workshop is shown in the table below:
