Dr
Faten Ben Abdelaziz is regional adviser for health education and promotion at
the world health organization regional office for the eastern Mediterranean
region (EMRO). Her main areas of work concern physical activity promotion,
childhood obesity prevention and its determinants, social mobilization and
health literacy.
Before
joining EMRO in 2008, she was working at the WHO Centre development in the
areas of health promotion, urbanization and health and health equity and
gender.
