Amy N. Tolliver, M.S., of Charleston, became director of the West Virginia
Perinatal Partnership on January 1, 2013.
Ms.
Tolliver comes to the position with extensive experience in state and federal
health policy development including legislative and regulatory policy. Before
she became director of the Partnership, Ms. Tolliver was the Government
Relations Specialist and director of the Political Action Committee for the
West Virginia State Medical Association. During her career, Ms. Tolliver also
served as Budget Analyst for the West Virginia House of Delegates Finance Committee
and as Program Coordinator for the West Virginia Child Care Association. Since
2006, she has been actively involved with the Perinatal Partnership by acting
as the legislative liaison, serving on the Steering Committee and other
committees working to improve mother and baby health.
