Because we are allowing 15 minutes for presentations + 5 minutes for
questions, so please make sure that the number of slides is limited to about 15
slides or less. We can accommodate overhead projection, however we
can not accommodate projector slides. Also please note that we can
accommodate PC Power Point presentations only. It is best if you
can send us your presentations ahead of time.
Please ensure that you upload your presentation on our computers in the
appropriate room and inform the session chair. Our IT supporting
staff will be available to assist you.
Social Event/Lunch Coupons
To control access to lunch and social activities, the registration package
will include the appropriate number of coupons for the various events.
We are sorry to bother you with this requirement but it is necessary to
ensure that your seats are not used by others.
