Sharjah and Dubai are two beautiful twin cities with interesting places to stay. From the city centre to the suburbs, it offers different but wonderful places to rest and enjoy yourselves. The main squares are Chorniche in Sharjah and Creek area in Dubai with cafes and restaurants remaining open even after midnight. You can walk through different street site souqs for jewelleries, clothes and spices and can take a boat ride with dinner in Dhows in Dubai Creek and also in Sharjah Khalid lagoon. There are excellent archaeology museum is located nearby in the city centre area.
 
To help you choose your accommodation, we have included a selected list of high quality hotels in the wider area of Sharjah and Dubai. Please, bear in mind that participants are required to take care of their own accommodation arrangements, as we are not affiliated with any hotel. However, the conference organizers have made arrangements with the hotels for special prices for all the participants.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
Reservations or bookings require a valid credit card (guest’s credit card number and expiry date) to guarantee the booking and to keep the reservation in the system for guests arriving at a later time. Non-guaranteed reservations/bookings may only be kept in the hotel’s system. Any cancellation received 3 days before arrival will attract no cancellation fees.
