The Networking Academy program is an e-learning program that delivers
Web-based educational content, online testing, student performance tracking, and
instructor training and support, as well as hands-on labs. It is a globally
recognized program with more than 10,000 participating academies in about 152
countries with more than 458,000 students.
The academy program is a comprehensive four-semester course that
teaches students to design, build, and maintain computer networks. Students are
also prepared for industry standard certifications, including Cisco Certified
Network Associate (CCNA™) and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP™). The
Networking Academy program combines lectures and online learning with hands-on
laboratory exercises in which students apply what they learn in class while
working on actual networks. From basics to advanced networking skills, the
Networking Academy curriculum prepares students for lifelong opportunities in
the real world.
