Admissions Apply for Visa and UAE ID Card

1. Approval of the enrollment application

Filling in the “Enrollment Application" form
A “To Whom it May Concern" letter issued by the Admissions Department confirming the admission
Copy of Passport (valid for a minimum of 6 months)
Copies of the residence visa and the UAE national ID card (if the student is a UAE resident)
A photograph (with a white background)

2. Entry permit for students

A passport copy (valid for a minimum of 6 months)
A photograph (with a white background)
Cancellation of the previous visa or the visit visa (if any)
Own country national ID card copy for Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, and Afghanistan nationalities
Payment of 500 AED as entry permit fees, and a deposit of 1000 AED refundable after the residence visa cancellation

3.Change Status (instead of leaving the country after obtaining the new visa)

4. Residence visa and Emirates ID issuance

5. Renewal of residence visa and Emirates ID

The original passport
Copy of the Emirates ID card
The medical check-up result issued by a UAE Public Health Clinic or Preventive Medicine Center
A photograph (with a white background without eyeglasses).
Own country National Id card copy for Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, and Afghanistan Nationalities
A “To Whom it May Concern" letter issued by the Registration Department
Fee of 935 AED
