• Translate research papers from Arabic into English or vica versa.
  
• Offer translation, spontaneous/consecutive interpretation, and language consultation services to the local and international communities.
  
• Support all University of Sharjah entities achieve the common goal of promoting it as a center of excellence in scientific research and education.
  
• Establish firm cooperative relations with similar centers overseas to exchange expertise and skills.
  
• Translate selected works of Arab scholars into other languages.
