The Registration Department at the University of Sharjah contributed in organizing the graduation ceremonies for undergraduate students and was present at the hall to check the students' data and help organize the graduation on rotation. The ceremonies were distributed into 3 days since social distancing was necessary to ensure the health of the graduates and organizers, due to the spread of the Covid-19 epidemic.
