Director's Welcome

We would like to welcome our students, their parents, and all visitors to the Registration Department’s webpage. It is a real pleasure providing the most advantageous information and services through our online platform and through the registration offices in order to facilitate the educational process effectively.

In the Registration Department we provide several essential services for students in accordance with the regulations of the University of Sharjah. It is our pleasure making these services available to them through the online platform where students can access their personal information through their Banner self-service accounts, track their academic progress, download transcripts, register for courses, view study plans, view final examination schedules, and apply though the available e-services system for requests like issuing To Whom it May Concern letters, official transcripts, change major, declare minor, withdrawal from semester, equivalency of courses, certification of degrees awarded and much more.


Moreover, the Registration Department supports colleges and faculty members through providing reports and statistics for decision making, coordinating with colleges to offer the required classes for enrolled and expected to graduate students, assigning class venues, scheduling the final examinations in appropriate timings, supporting the academic advising programs by implementing curriculums and maintaining a degree audit, defining programs and course catalog on the student information system, nominating students for graduation after verifying their graduation requirements, implementing graduation decisions, releasing students’ final grades, and other services that support the learning process.

 
Our goal is to provide an efficient delivery of these services to the academic and non-academic members, and our pride is in the achievement of our students, whose talents are nurtured to fit in the dynamic world.
