Main Responsibility Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, Virtual Desktops, printers and scanners. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. Providing technical support across the campus (this may be in person or over the phone).

IT service desk is the primary point of contact for monitoring / owning incidents, addressing user requests/questions and providing a communications channel between other service management functions and the user community.

Learning spaces at the University of Sharjah (UOS) vary between petite, small, medium, large and extra-large spaces that accommodate between 12 learners to groups larger than 150. UOS utilizes innovative solutions that serve colleges' common goals for learning spaces and advanced collaborative learning activities.
