​The Central Laboratories Directorate organized an online workshop on “Health and safety in laboratories” for the new faculty members at the University of Sharjah. Eng. Mahmoud Abu Shammeh and the Central Laboratories safety officers enlighten the importance of health and safety in the laboratories, services given by directorate and as well as conducting a live demo for the new faculty members on the various online systems, such as the Online Lab Safety Training system, the Chemical inventory Management system, and the Laboratory Inspection System. In addition, they explained the preventive procedures followed in all laboratories during COVID19.
