Course outcomes
Course will provide theoretical update in the most recent development of neonatal endoscopy and intensive experimental session (Hands on Session) using small animals for each surgical procedure step by step. Some of topics are:
• Ergonomics and installation.
• Introduction and positioning of trocars.
• Creation of a working space in the abdomen and the chest.
• Instruments and energy device.
• Dissection, Suturing and knotting simple, sliding Knot and continuous and Back – Hand stitch.
