The University of Sharjah Alumni Association held its annual Open Day Career Fair under the patronage of H.E. Prof. Esameldin Agamy, the University’s Chancellor. The event drew wide participation from more than 50 public and private sector organizations, all offering employment and training opportunities to the University’s students and recent graduates across diverse disciplines.

Throughout the day, graduates engaged in direct job interviews with representatives from participating entities, gaining a concrete platform to present their skills and professional competencies. The fair also featured a series of workshops that focused on crafting effective résumés, preparing for interviews, and understanding the evolving requirements of the modern job market. As a result, many graduates expressed their appreciation for the Alumni Association’s continuous efforts to maintain strong ties with alumni and create networking opportunities with institutions keen to attract national talent.

The fair reflects the University of Sharjah’s commitment to empowering its graduates and preparing them to enter the labor market with confidence. It also underscores the University’s dedication to fostering collaboration with a broad range of sectors, in line with its vision of nurturing highly qualified and competitive professionals.

The event was attended by vice chancellors, deans, members of the Alumni Association, a large number of graduates and their families, as well as representatives from recruitment-driven companies. It concluded with the recognition of participating organizations for their contribution to graduate employability and their ongoing partnership with the University.
