Under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Wife of the Ruler of Sharjah and Chairperson of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs (SCFA), the University of Sharjah (UoS) successfully hosted the 10th "My Health" Conference, organized by the Health Promotion Department of the SCFA. This year's conference was held under the theme "Health and Wellbeing", and took place in the presence of Sheikh Mohammed bin Humaid Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Department of Statistics and Community Development; His Excellency Prof. Hamid M.K. Alnaimiy, Chancellor of the University of Sharjah; Her Excellency Iman Rashid Saif, Director of the Health Education Department at SCFA; and Dr. Ibtihal Fadhil, Chairperson of the Eastern Mediterranean NCD Alliance.

The event featured a variety of interactive sessions, panel discussions, and workshops, with the participation of 36 distinguished experts in the fields of physical and mental health, lifestyle, sports, and nutrition. The University of Sharjah hosted this significant conference as part of its commitment to fostering collaboration with the local community. By providing an ideal environment for such events, UoS supports the national agenda, aligning academic institutions with governmental and service sectors to advance development through research, creativity, and innovation.
