The Department of Sustainable and Renewable Energy Engineering begins by establishing a solid foundation of physics and mathematics in the first year, which pave the way for coursework in electrical/electronics and mechanical engineering. Higher level courses in sustainable/renewable-energy courses include Solar PV Systems, Wind Energy Systems, Design for Energy Efficiency, Energy Storage and Transmission, Solar Thermal Energy Systems, and Fuel cells.
