Teaching and learning requires effort and persistence. Effective learning occurs when there is an effort and persistence by both the instructor and the learner. I encourage my students to know the importance of commitment, willingness to do hard work and sense of personal responsibility to achieve their goals. I view my role as a facilitator to motivate and provide learning opportunities to achieve their goals by being available to them as and when required. Continuous improvement is inevitable and I try to improve my teaching styles too. Everyone can achieve success by setting a goal with prayers, hard work and determination.
