The Screening and Urgent Care clinic

Services

The Urgent Care Clinic provides emergency treatment for new and previously registered patients including, but not limited to, the following services:

       - Dental trauma

       - Uncontrolled dental bleeding

       - Rapidly increasing facial infections and swellings

       - Severe dental and facial pain that cannot be relieved by over-the-counter medications

The services are provided by our intern doctors (graduate dentists) under supervision of qualified licensed doctors.

Admission

Patients can be admitted if they..

        - Have a condition that requires an urgent care

        - possess valid UAE residency visa

        - Have a file in the Hospital (if not, a new file will be opened)

When you arrive to the Hospital's reception, a doctor will evaluate your condition and allocate you to one of the clinics. There is usually a waiting time, due to the high number of patients we see every day.

Once admitted, the urgent condition will be evaluated and stabilized. You then have the option to continue treatment in the Hospital or elsewhere. If you choose to continue the treatment in the Hospital, your name will be added to the waiting list.

Cost of treatment

The treatment is free of charge, but a registration fee of 50 AED will be charged to register you at the time of first visit, and annually should you wish to continue receiving treatment in the Hospital.
