My philosophy of teaching is intended to achieve the ultimate purpose of education: to help students gain knowledge and skills to be used in their career, social, and personal lives. I realize that my undertaking as a teacher has always revolved around three main objectives: promoting positive learning, generating learner enthusiasm for learning and providing a solid foundation for lifelong learning. To achieve this, I always sought to employ a wide range of strategies based on rudimentary educational principles involving: learning abilities, proactive teaching approach, lesson planning and educational outcomes assessment.
