I have a teaching philosophy is based on the following criteria: Provide students with the knowledge of both literature and its appreciation. Develop students' thinking and writing skills in such a way as to be able to write coherent paragraphs and essays about literary subjects. Encourage students to develop literary and critical skills and be able to apply them to new texts. Understand the social and aesthetic context of literary works and relate that to literary phenomena and different genres. Education is a means of changing people to the better—to become better citizens and more responsible individuals.
