EMT Program

PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

This course is designed for EMTs involved in the emergency transport of patients within the jurisdictional area of National Ambulance. Upon completion of the program, the Candidate will be prepared for the safe and efficient transport of the sick or injured patient by ground transport. The EMT also will be knowledgeable in the medical and administrative aspects of the National Ambulance EMS medical Operations.

 

Objectives:

The program objectives are unique to this course of study, incorporating the standard EMT curriculum, whilst blending in the objectives required for the unique environment and challenges of the United Arab Emirates, with additional learning outcomes incorporated to meet the highest level of clinical governance expected at National Ambulance.

 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

  • UAE Passport
  • Family book
  • Age between 18-35 years old
  • Emirates ID Card
  • High School Certificate or Equivalent
  • IELTS / TOEFL / EM- SAT Certificate
  • National Service Certificate of Completion (male applicants)
  • UAE Driver's License
  • Letter of Good Standing from any police station
  • Copy of your CV
  • Have basic English language skills
